I specialise in coaching mid-level frontline managers on how to balance legal compliance with employee well-being, helping them reduce absenteeism while fostering a positive team culture. I provide hands-on soft skills training for technical managers to improve conflict resolution and team dynamics, helping them move from technical roles onto effective leadership, with confidence.
